Your Y membership gives you access to the entire facility. Benefits of your membership include:

** The monthly membership is paid by electronic fund transfer, an automatic monthly withdrawal from your personal checking account or may be charged to your Visa, Mastercard or Discover. This is an annual membership and continues until the member initiates a change.
*** Spouse and dependent children under 18 (dependent children under 25 are eligible but must be full-time students).

Guest Fees

All guests must be accompanied by a member and have an approved guest pass to enter the YMCA.  The guest fee is $10 ($5.00 for guests 12 and under) and arrangements must be made at least 24 hours in advance at the Member Services desk.  Payment must be made before guests enter the facility and may be paid by credit card, cash or check.  Members may not bring local guests Monday-Thursday after 3 p.m. and at other times depending on facility usage.  The same guest may only come one time every 3 months.


Personal Training

Members requesting additional “one on one” instruction are invited to take advantage of the YMCA personal training program.

After signing up for personal training sessions, members will have a free consultation – includes wellness assessment, goal setting, weigh-in and measurements.

Session fees – include a personalized workout program, guidance & implementation of the program from a personal trainer.

1 session - $30
5 sessions - $90 ($10 savings)
10 sessions - $175 ($25 savings)
15 sessions - $260 ($40 savings)

Sessions must be paid in full prior to the first appointment and must be utilized within 12 months.
Appointments must be cancelled within 12 hours or member will be charged for the session.
A free final evaluation and review will be offered at the conclusion of all sessions.


Financial Assistance

The Henderson Family YMCA will not deny participation in any activity because of an individual’s lack of funds.  Financial assistance is available to those who complete an application and present required income verification.  To those who qualify, rates will be adjusted according to income.
